Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’m not your typical leadership coach.
With over 30 years of experience in HR and leadership development, I’ve sat at the table with senior leaders and supported managers through their toughest challenges. I witnessed first hand what truly holds leaders back—and it’s not a lack of strategy or skill.
